- All sales are final and non-refundable, any hard parts or devices fall under the manufacturer's warranties and are covered.
- Items shipped across the border may be subject to fees and duties, the end user is responsible for these fees.
- Order changes that involve any partial refund will have processing fees deducted (this Is from our payment provider, not us).
- Burned-up credits or bad linking due to incorrect VIN numbers entered are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or replaced.
- In the event your ECM is locked (other devices/tuners) and cannot be flashed we will help you unlock it, shipping and fees would be additional.
- All tuning orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours M-F
- Due to the wide variety of Cummins swaps and power, most guys need revisions, and we are happy to make them for you. Please read the user guide on logging and provide as much info as possible.
- Swap trans tuning service is valid for 90 days of the order or base tune, after this there is a retune fee found the fummins category. we will help where we can for free (tire height changes)
- Orders moved into processing or shipped state are not eligible for discounts or refunds due to missed coupons.
- All items shipped are fully insured, in the event an item is lost or delivered to the wrong address we start a claim.
- A different shipper may be used in certain situations when we dropship an item.
- All HP Tuners flash devices are our private label RTD devices, we still use the term "MPVI" so as not to cause more confusion.
- Any attempt to modify files will result in loss of support and being banned for life.
- Business-like professional manners are necessary, we will work with you please follow the steps we provide, and things will go smoothly. Rude or vulgar language will result in your services being terminated.
- *Our number 1 form of communication is email, please email us with issues or questions as you will get a much much faster reply than Phone calls and texts. * If you choose to flash a truck after hours and have issues, please DO NOT expect a reply until our next business hours. Mistakes can happen on both ends during this process that can easily leave you with a down truck until we can get it resolved for you, during business hours its almost always a quick fix or some quick advice to get you up and running with next to no headaches. Just a reminder to our customers that we DO NOT typically fulfil orders on the weekends. If you must flash a vehicle on the weekend, please be prepared to possibly have it sitting till Monday morning should the flash fail. We are usually away from the computers on Saturday and Sunday to relax and recover and get ready for the next week!
